Founded by James Henshaw in 2021, JW Henshaw Butchers & Delicatessen is a family-run business built on a passion for quality food, traditional craftsmanship, and honest value. Working alongside his now wife, Georgie, in 2022 the business expanded from whole-carcass butchery to include a delicatessen featuring homemade products and carefully selected artisan foods. We proudly source from British farmers and small producers, choosing local suppliers whenever possible. Serving Aughton and the surrounding areas, we're dedicated to providing families and food-conscious customers with exceptional produce at affordable prices.
